Car lighter adapter is made from a hard-wire cable. Both the GPS/XM antenna and the small portable antenna are included, as is the mount bracket. Also included is a Garmin Carrying case not pictured. Where the wire goes into the GPS/XM antenna the insulation is a bit worn and could use a drop or two of silicone. I had Garmin update the database at Sun and Fun about 2 years ago.
